Planes
Rudolf Laban's theory of Cardinal Body Planes elongated along a Dimension ("dimensional planes")

(In the style of Rudolf Laban, Choreographie, 1926, p. 23)

Rudolf Laban's theory of "dimensional planes" (cardinal body-planes elongated along one of the dimensions) leads to the construction of an icosahedral - shaped kinespheric net.

Cardinal planes elongated along one dimension, and the proportions of the planes and polyhedra are essential for many of Rudolf Laban's theories of space harmony (eg. in determining sequences of movements in construction of "scales")
